However, it’s worth noting that while the internet offers abundant information on available products and processes, many may not be readily accessible locally. For instance, Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) are touted as cost-effective and highly energy-efficient. However, contractors working in South Jordan, Utah incorporate ICFs into standard builds due to limited familiarity among subcontractors and laborers. Consequently, using ICFs often incurs higher costs than conventional foundation construction methods, despite online claims suggesting otherwise.
