Murray City is located on the Wasatch Front. In the 1920’s it was a central location for industry. Since then has continually grown and flourished. It is the fourteenth largest city in Utah.The Woodhill Brothers; Smelter was installed in the city and dominated the local economy. The City has beautiful parks found within  it’s perimeters as well as wonderful things for the family to enjoy. It also has many activities and events around. Found within the City is Utah largest hospital, the Intermountain Medical Center as well as The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital (TOSH).

The City is also located along the primary route to UTA Trax, which is the quickest way to commute to Salt Lake City. It also is home to one of the largest shopping malls in Utah, Fashion Place. With high end stores and shops for all kinds of activities.
