Goshen is situated at the south end of Utah County, south of Utah Lake. In 2016, the population was 949 individuals. The first settlement that was founded in the city of Goshen was made by a colony of Mormon Pioneers in the year of 1857. The town has a total area of 0.7 square miles of land.
Because of its location, there is a large variety in weather temperatures. In the summer you experience hot and sometimes humid weather and in the winter you severely cold and snowy.
