Lightyear Homes built the Holly home plan in the Eagle Point Subdivision in Eagle Mountain, UT in 2016.  This home was designed with Holly & Rance as they sat across the desk from me and then we proceeded to put the home together for them.  Rance worked for a different builder at the time and they just weren’t able to get it done the way that Lightyear Homes was able to get it done.  The home design was done in 3d and in a matter of an afternoon.  We made sure to get a big garage on the home, a covered patio off the master bedroom, and all while sitting on the lot.  It was very important for Holly to get a bit of the farmhouse look and to the day I think this is her favorite home plan that we offer!  We are pleased with the way it turned out and are glad that we had the opportunity to build a beautiful custom home in Eagle Mountain, UT.
