Custom Lake Front Rambler

This custom lake front rambler is the Deedra home plan by Lightyear Homes. It was first constructed by Lightyear Homes in Saratoga Springs and was completed in 2016.  It is a Lake Front home with views of Utah Lake and Mount Timpanogos.   The main floor plan has a spacious entry, large windows, an open stair banister, and open kitchen and dining rooms.  3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a main floor laundry finish off the main floor plan.

The finished home had unobstructed views across the entire back of the home with a gorgeous water-tight deck at the back and a spiral staircase to the lower patio.  The views from the basement are nearly as good as the views from the main floor.  The basement features a full daylight basement, which allowed us to place many windows across the back  of the basement and changed the feel and energy of the space making it 100% effective to use as finished space.

The kitchen in this home would be any chef’s delight.  An enormously over-sized island bar had plenty of space for many people to sit at and enjoy the company of the chef while the chef had use of the built-in double ovens.  A large walk-in pantry helps the scenario of storage space right there in the kitchen.
